Terms and Conditions

 

Returns

 

Returns are only accepted on brand new, unopened trampolines within 7 days of delivery. We can not accept goods that have been used or setup. PLEASE MEASURE the area where you intend to place the trampoline carefully before ordering.

 

Liability

 

Breeze Direct accepts no responsibility for personal injury incurred while installing or using the trampoline.

Breeze Direct accepts no responsibility for property damage as a result of installing, using and owning the trampoline. Trampolines can become air born during storms or extreme weather events. It is highly recommend that you purchase one of our ground anchor sets (available in spare parts) to reduce this risk or put sand bags over the trampoline legs. Although these measures can reduce the risk of a trampoline becoming air born they can’t eliminate it completely. By accepting these terms and conditions the customer accepts this risk.

 

Warranty

 

Your Breeze Trampoline comes with a standard warranty as follows

Trampoline frame – 5 years

Trampoline jumping mat – 12 months

Trampoline spring cover padding – 12 months

Trampoline net and pole padding – 12 months

All other minor parts and powder coating – 12 months

Fair wear and tear is not included in the warranty. Failure to maintain the trampoline or exceed the trampoline weight limits will void your warranty. Using 3rd party (non genuine Breeze Trampoline parts) will void your warranty. Breeze Direct will cover the cost of sending out any replacement parts under warranty to the same address that the order was originally delivered to. Warranty is strictley limited to 12 months for parts from the date of delivery. The warranty period is not extended in the event that parts need to be replaced.

 

Cancellations

 

Please note that orders can only be cancelled before they ship.  If your shipment is en route, or you refuse an order, it will fall under our standard return policy which is subject to a deduction of round trip shipping from your refund.  We cannot cancel an order unless we receive your request in writing to info@breezedirect.com.au prior to shipment. You must receive an acknowledgment from us confirming the cancellation.  There are no exceptions. Any incurred charges by Breeze Direct from banks and payment gateways will also be deducted from your refund.

 

Product Descriptions

 

Breeze Direct attempts to ensure accuracy with regards to product descriptions.  However, Breeze Direct does not warrant that product descriptions or other site content is error-free. Should a product be listed at an incorrect price or presented with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our manufacturers and distributors, Breeze Direct reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at incorrect prices.  Breeze Direct has the right to refuse or cancel any such orders regardless if the order has been confirmed and/or processed to your credit card.  Should your credit card be charged for your purchase and your order is cancelled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card in the entire amount of the charge.  We apologise for any inconvenience.  Should you not be entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item as described in our flexible 7 Day Returns Policy.

Finally, please note that all product and policy information presented on our website and in written correspondence supersedes any and all phone conversations.

 

Merchandise Damaged or Defective upon Receipt

 

Your goods are carefully packaged to withstand damage during shipping.  We realise you are excited to receive your new trampoline, and we work very hard to make sure it reaches you in perfect condition.  While we don’t anticipate problems, accidents do happen.

We do not expect you to be able to determine the difference between shipping damage and manufacturer defect.  However in order for us to prevent future problems from occurring, assessing the difference is important to us.  While shipping damage is often determined by the condition of the box, the manufacturer may be responsible for many other things – ie. poor craftsmanship, damages concealed inside good packaging, or even for inadequate packaging.  Our Customer Service representatives will ask for your feedback relating to these possible conditions.

Breeze Direct reserves the right to repair or replace any piece of your trampoline and/or parts. Many damages may be easily repaired to showroom quality.  The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Breeze Direct. It will be at the discretion of Breeze Direct to have a handy man inspect the pieces to assist us in determining if the items will be repaired or replaced.  If Breeze Direct determines that repair is impractical, you will be given a substitute unit of the same or similar colour, design, style and quality subject to availability.

Should you decide not to allow Breeze Direct to repair or replace your item within 3 days of delivery, the item may be returned under our standard return policy, which includes deduction of round trip shipping and handling.

Although we make every attempt to deliver your trampoline and parts correctly and on-time, accidents and delays do sometimes happen. Please note that Breeze Direct does not hold any financial responsibility nor will we compensate for unexpected time delays. Should an unexpected error occur on our part, we will work with you to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Breeze Direct does not hold financial liability in excess of the purchase price of an order.

 

 Payments

 

 All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) instantly once the goods are check out.
