Q: Are the dimensions of the trampoline listed on your site the jumping area or the overall width?
A: The dimensions listed are of the overall trampoline size (the actual frame) not the jumping area or the net assembly which sticks out slightly further. The spring cover pads generally are between 200-300mm wide so deduct that from all the way around to determine the actual jumping area. Example - 10ft standard trampoline is 306cm in diameter, the spring cover pad is 250mm, deduct this 2x and you are left with a jumping area of 256cm.
Q: Should I purchase a ground anchor kit for my trampoline?
A: We strongly advise you to consider purchasing ground anchors or using sandbags over the trampoline legs if you are setting it up in an open area or your property is prone to high winds. Trampolines can and do go flying in storm events. Anchors are available HERE.
Q: How much clearance should the trampoline have around it?
A: Ideally 1 meter from any hard surface is advisable right the way around.

A: You may place your order online, over the phone or in person. The choice is yours.
Q: Is it safe to shop online?
A: Yes, your information will remain secure at all times.
Q: Are the items you sell in stock?
A: Generally yes, if the item you want is not available you will be informed of this on the product description page. Unlike other retailers our stock is usually right here in our warehouse. We won’t take your money and expect you to wait up to 16 weeks before your items are shipped from overseas. If we don’t have the item you want in stock we’ll let you know before you have placed your order. For popular items it is advised you place your order before the stock arrives to avoid disappointment

Q: Do you offer layby?
A: No, What we do offer is a payment plan via Zip Money. You can order and get the goods dispatched immediately and then pay it off over time. Click HERE to learn more.
Q: Is there another way I can pay? I don’t have a credit card.
A: Yes, either by cash upon pick up or bank deposit prior.
Q: Can I pay the delivery driver?
A: No, payment must be made before the goods are sent out. Our delivery contractors are not equipped to take payments.

Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: You can get a deliver quote by placing your postcode in the estimate delivery box on the product pages.
Q: Can I pick up the items I am interested in from your warehouse?
A: Yes, please see our contact page for details of our location and trading hours.
Q: How long will it take to receive my goods when I order over the phone or online?
A: We usually dispatch the goods the same day if you place your order before 11am. Once it leaves our facility you can expect local delivery within 1 day if you are in the Sydney metro area. Outside of Sydney delivery ranges from 2-10 days. If sent via courier we provide you with tracking details so you will know exactly when the goods will arrive.
Q: Are the goods insured while in transit?
A: Yes, all goods are automatically insured.
Q: What If I receive damaged goods?
A: If you receive goods that are damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible to arrange a replacement.
Q: Do your items come with warranty?
A: Yes, 5 years warranty applies the structure of the trampoline (ie the galvanised frame) and 12 months for all parts like net, pads, mat etc.
